| 2008-08-28 | Parents looking for playgroup | Playgroup /Chinese adoptees I am a new mother of a baby girl adopted from China! She is now 23 months old and I would like to meet up with other families in the same scenario if possible. I adopted her last Sept. (2007) and we go to all the usual places, parks, mall park in Newmarket, and the library. I would love it if I could meet other families with adopted babies for playdates. We could start off at my house or meet at a park and rotate each week, say once per week. If you're interested in this please let me know! I think it would be a great experience for us parents and especially for the children to meet other little ones from their culture. Days, evenings, or weekends throughout the remainder of the summer.
